Role & responsibilities
Manage the calendars and schedules of Directors and Senior Management.
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments efficiently.
Prepare draft documents, presentations, and reports for leadership review.
Handle confidential correspondence and ensure clear, effective communication.
Conduct research, compile MIS reports, and provide insights to assist in decision-making.
Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and priorities for the executives.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Facilitate internal communication to promote workflow efficiency and collaboration.
Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place.
Travel & Logistics Management:
Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
Process expense reports and maintain documentation related to travel.
Administrative & Office Support:
Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) to ensure easy access to key information.
Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
Liaise with facility management services to ensure smooth office operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Prefer candidate from Real Estate Sector
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in administrative or executive support roles (such as Admin, Front Office Executive, or MIS Executive). Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with office management procedures (preferred). High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
