Revenue generation & Upselling.

Handling the overall CRM activities from onboarding till possession.

Should have Experience in CRM Collection role.

Use of Customer Journey Mapping to chart out the entire customer life cycle, with keen focus on optimizing the service journey, Moments of truths.

Ensuring the highest standards of compliance and governance in all the documentation and closures of sales.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Candidate from Real Estate Background only

Key Skills for CRM Head :-

• Should be mature and well dress
• Minimum 10 to 15 year experience from Real Estate Industry
• Excellent communication
• Confident in approach
• Good computer knowledge and good at presentation
• Efficient and sincere towards the responsibilities undertaken in the job.
