The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Brand Management to lead and grow our in-house B2B brand Mayuri International, a well-known name in B2B home and commercial space seating solutions. This role is currently open for female candidates. We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in Consulting, L&D, Hospitality, Seasoned Real Estate Sales, Cabin Crew, Wellness and Interior background who can bring fresh perspectives and drive the brand's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance Mayuri's market presence and reputation.
- Build sales funnel
- Lead marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and communication strategies to engage target audiences.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For:
- We encourage Female candidates to apply with a proven track record in consulting, L&D, hospitality, seasoned real estate sales head, cabin crew, wellness and Interior background to apply, preferably residing near North of Bangalore, in and around Manyata Tech Park.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
- Any foreign nationals currently on student or any other Visa with a stay validity of more than a minimum 6 months.
- Strong ENGLISH communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at CXO levels and decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for brand building.
- Experience in B2B or luxury brand management is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup and dynamic environment.
