Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal time utilization.
• Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Task Coordination: Act as the first point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager.
• Personal Errands: Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, event planning, and handling private appointments.
• Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Expense Management: Track and manage expense reports and budgets.
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
