Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee grievances and engagement through regular meetings, surveys, and feedback sessions.
  
• Develop HR policies, strategies, and initiatives to improve employee retention and welfare.
  
• Implement performance management systems to track employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  
• Handle exit processes by conducting exit interviews and providing support during transitions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, HR policies, employee grievances, employee welfare.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
  
• Proven skills in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
