Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD while ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by the MD using excellent communication skills.
  
• Maintain accurate records and files related to executive activities.
• Candidate should have two wheeler
