Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee welfare programs to improve morale, motivation, and productivity.
  
• Conduct regular Employee Satisfaction Surveys to identify areas of improvement in employee engagement and grievance handling.
  
• Provide counseling services to employees on personal issues, career development, and conflict resolution.
  
• Handle employee grievances through effective grievance redressal mechanisms to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, wellness practices, and other relevant topics.
