HR Manager

• Job Title: HR Manager Non-Technical Staff (Supporting Staff.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring: Source, interview, and hire non-technical staff (drivers, cooks, etc.).
• Onboarding & Training: Integrate new hires and provide initial training.
• Employee Motivation: Regularly engage and motivate staff through one-on-one check-ins and team-building activities.
• Employee Relations: Address grievances, ensure open communication, and resolve issues.
• Workplace Environment: Ensure a safe, respectful, and organized environment for non-technical staff.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain employee records and report on performance and engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in HR, especially with non-technical staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage diverse employees.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and employee rights.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with non-technical staff in an HR role.
• Ability to organize team-building events.
