Role & responsibilities
1. Developing and Implementing HR initiatives in Line with organizational objectives.
2. Oversee payroll and performance Appraisal systems.
3. Design and oversee implementation Of HR Polices and procedures.
4. Review and update employment contracts and agreements.
5. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
6. Monitor adherences to internal policies and legal standards.
7. Deal with grievances and violations involving disciplinary action when required.
8. To prepared Annual performance appraisal of each and every employee for motivate and reward them once in year.
9. Reduction in absenteeism per employee.
10. To maximize retention of employee and minimize attrition rate of employee.
11. Increase in employee satisfaction .
12. To maintain cleanliness with in work premises day to day.
13. To attracting and acquiring the right talent in timely basis in sufficient numbers with appropriate qualifications.
14. Reduced workplace accidents and create zero accident work environment.
15. To attaching and acquiring the right talent in timely basis in sufficient numbers with appropriate qualifications.
16. Make co-ordination with various departments.
17. To maintain healthy relation between management and worker.
18. preparation of job description of all positions.
19. Ensure induction program to be conducted for new joiners with the checks list of all HODs.
20. Organizing, developing and controlling time office functions and to maintain all the statutory records and payroll thereof.
21. To follow higher authorities direction.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA In Human Resource
More than 4 to 5 years experience required .
