HR Officer

We're looking for an HR Officer to support our HR department with recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and can handle various HR responsibilities independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support HR policies and procedures aligned with our business strategies.
• Develop and execute efficient recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with our global HR team on performance management and high performance initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
• Foster a positive and motivating work culture.
• Address employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Provide administrative HR support to international offices and ensure consistent HR practices across locations.

Job Specifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in HR software and tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
