Hr Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant staff, contract workers, and technical roles.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary.
• Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
• Foster a positive work culture and maintain industrial harmony.

3. Compliance & Labor Laws:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory acts, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage contract labor, liaising with contractors and vendors.
• Handle legal compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and wage laws.

4. Payroll & Attendance Management:

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and process payroll inputs.
• Handle salary disbursement and statutory deductions.

5. Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
• Conduct safety and compliance training in collaboration with HSE teams.

6. Performance Management:

• Assist in performance appraisal processes and goal setting.
• Work with managers to implement HR policies and performance improvement plans.

7. Safety & Welfare:

• Ensure workplace safety compliance as per plant guidelines.
• Manage welfare facilities like canteens, transportation, and medical aid.
