Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee welfare initiatives.
• Handle grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and welfare policies.
• Organize health, wellness, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate with management and government agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters in Human Resource Management in Andhra Pradesh.
• 0-5 years of experience in employee welfare, Plant HR Operation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and legal compliance knowledge.
