Liaising Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and Communication:
   
• Act as a bridge between the coal handling plant and external agencies, suppliers, and government bodies.
• Ensure timely communication of operational needs and updates to stakeholders.
2. Compliance and Documentation:
   
• Manage and maintain documentation related to coal procurement, transportation, and handling.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
3. Vendor and Supplier Management:
   
• Monitor and coordinate with coal suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Address any supply chain disruptions and resolve issues effectively.
4. Operational Monitoring:
   
• Assist in monitoring the day-to-day operations of the coal handling plant.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
   
• Prepare regular reports on coal handling metrics and operational efficiency.
• Provide insights for improving processes and reducing costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or any related field.
