HR Analyst/ HR Review/ HR Audit

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct HR audits, reviews, and analysis to identify areas of improvement in HR processes and systems.
• Extract data from various sources, integrate the same into a single database, and maintain data integrity.
• Perform people analysis to provide insights on employee engagement, retention, turnover rates, etc.
• Develop reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in HR/ ISO Audit
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite
• Expertise in Advance Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Tables, If, Sum If, Count If, etc.) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in HR/ ISO Audit
• Willingness to travel PAN India extensively (Mandatory)
• Male candidate required (Mandatory)
