ZKraft:
Vertoz as a ZKraft is a 360 digital agency equipped with various tools and technologies to help businesses scale up their digital marketing efforts.
What you will do:
- Strategic Planning:
Conduct detailed research on potential clients to understand their business objectives, identify gaps in their marketing and branding strategies, and propose actionable solutions.
Design and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.
Focus on three primary verticals:
Branding: Enhance clientmarket presence and brand perception.
Performance: Optimize marketing campaigns for measurable outcomes such as engagement and ROI.
Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads to meet or exceed client acquisition goals.
Create comprehensive pitch decks to present strategies, objectives, and expected outcomes to potential clients.
- Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Ensure campaigns achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic growth, improved engagement, and higher conversion rates.
Utilize A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Operations Oversight:
Lead the operations team to ensure timely and high-caliber delivery of all campaigns and strategies.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Establish and uphold quality standards across all client engagements.
- Client Engagement:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and adapt strategies to ensure alignment with evolving client goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Requirements
Requirements
-BTech,MBA preferred.
-Proven experience in managing digital marketing agency operations with a focus on both India and US markets.
-Deep expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, paid advertising, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
-Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create persuasive pitch decks.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
-Valid US visa preferred but not mandatory.
