Job Description

What we want:

We are looking out for experienced Sales Manager who will Develop our Business, Lead and expand growth of organizations by driving revenue generation. Particular candidates should hold expertise in the performance marketing sector. Agency experience is preferred.

What you will do:

-Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the companycustomer base for performance marketing services.

-Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.

-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their performance marketing needs and provide tailored solutions.

-Collaborate with internal teams, including media buying, creative, and analytics, to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

-Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase campaign results, gather feedback, and propose optimizations.

-Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

-Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing to provide innovative and effective solutions.

-Monitor market and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

-Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

-4+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the performance marketing domain.

-Bacheloror masterdegree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and metrics (CPA, CPL, CPD, CPS ROAS, etc.).

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
