Business Development Manager - Bglr - Tempest Advertising Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities in Hyderabad. This dynamic role combines expertise in market research, sales, and digital marketing, leveraging advanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and social media for lead generation and client engagement.
Job responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and untapped markets in Hyderabad and Telangana.
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, and CRM platforms to generate, nurture, and manage leads.
Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and establish connections with key decision-makers.
Design and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to attract new clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client information and activity logs to enhance customer relationship management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of business development initiatives.
Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine strategies and achieve business growth.
Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:Proven track record in business development within advertising, digital marketing, or space selling in Hyderabad and Telangana markets.
Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience in business development, with:
At least 2 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing and Sales Navigator for lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing services, and local market dynamics.
Skills:Proficiency in market research and client segmentation to identify new opportunities.
Advanced expertise in LinkedIn marketing and leveraging Sales Navigator for lead identification and outreach.
Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi, with the ability to pitch effectively to diverse audiences.
Expertise in CRM tools to track sales progress, manage pipelines, and improve client retention.
Strong email writing, cold calling, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate sales data and refine strategies accordingly.
Active presence on social media platforms for networking and professional branding.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
