Responsible for executing Branding strategy for the brand. The incumbent ensures that the brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. Plan ways to promote and change the public perception of brands.
Promotion - Communication Strategy and Execution (ATL,BTL, Digital)
- Product - Category Tracking, Packaging, Cataloguing
- Pricing - Brand PnL, Budgeting, Price benchmarking
- Placement - Market Overview (Geographic & Demographic Understanding)
- Responsible for all Tactical / Promotional / Seasonal communications
Detailed Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance awareness and consumer engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Track and analyze category trends to align branding efforts with market demands.
2. Promotion & Communication
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and Digital platforms.
- Develop tactical, promotional, and seasonal communication strategies.
- Work closely with advertising and media agencies to optimize brand reach.
3. Product Management
- Monitor category performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee packaging design, development, and cataloging to ensure product consistency and appeal.
4. Pricing & Financial Management
- Manage Brand P&L, ensuring budget allocation and spending align with business objectives.
- Conduct price benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning in the market.
5. Market & Consumer Insights
- Analyze geographical and demographic market trends to identify business expansion opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and behaviors.
6. Brand Ownership & Leadership
- Take full ownership of the brand's performance, growth, and positioning.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive brand success.
