Brand Manager - FMCG (5-6 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance the brand's visibility, reputation, and market share.

2. Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote products and services effectively.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and positioning across all channels.

4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand expansion and growth.

5. Develop and maintain a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain top talent within the organization.

6. Manage social media platforms and other communication channels to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.

7. Act as the central point of contact for marketing budget allocation and spending for the brand.

8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.

9. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
