Culture Journey and Organizational Values:
Leadership Development:
- Designing a comprehensive leadership development framework, including for senior executives and their direct reports.
- Promoting a strengths-based development approach.
Creating a holistic leadership development journey that also focuses on mental, physical, and social well-being.
- Facilitating individual development plans (IDPs) and identifying coaching needs for leaders.
- Running leadership audits in collaboration with organizational development (OD) teams.
- Partnering with learning and development (L&D) to implement tailored learning journeys for leadership growth.
Talent Programs for High-Potential Individuals:
- Defining and executing a process to identify high-potential, high-performance employees.
- Designing development journeys and career pathways, aligned with organizational goals and individual aspirations.
- Creating exclusive programs for top talent, including networking opportunities and recognition programs.
Assessment and Development Centers (AC/DC):
- Building a competency framework to evaluate and develop talent.
- Creating assessment and development centers for different levels (entry-level leadership, mid-management, etc.).
- Designing tools like Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) for competency assessments.
- Training assessors and validating the effectiveness of AC/DC frameworks before deployment.
Succession Planning and Career Development:
- Designing frameworks for identifying critical roles and successors to ensure business continuity.
- Developing clear career paths for critical roles and successors.
- Offering visibility into career progression opportunities for all employees using scientific evaluation tools.
- Creating career frameworks like ladders, lattices, and hybrid paths to support growth opportunities.
Performance Management and Rewards:
- Leading the design and implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
- Partnering with functional heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for individuals and teams.
- Advising senior leadership on performance-related matters and contributing to strategic decisions.
- Integrating performance management practices into recruitment, onboarding, and training.
