Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance - Food Safety (5-8 yrs)

- Have good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygienic Practices (GHP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GdocP).

- Having good understanding of Food Safety, plant hygiene and personal hygiene.

- Having sound knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018 & HACCP.

- Having good understanding about CCP, PRP and OPRP.

- Having good understanding about the Packaging and Labeling guidelines.

- Having expertise in detection and enumeration of Salmonella, Shigella, Bacillus Cereus, Staph. Aureus, E. Coli, SPC, Coliform, Yeast & Molds, Thermophilic Spores, Mesophilic Sports, Psychrotrops and Enterobacteracea.

- Having Knowledge of chemical and microbiological lab Set up.

- Having knowledge of Primary & Secondary Packaging Analysis Like Dimensions, GSM, Bursting Strength, Moisture and print material and colour etc.

- Having knowledge of Aseptic system quality & destructive analysis of Tetra Pak on the basis of Conductivity test, Syringe Test, Dye Test, T. S and L.

- Ensure and monitor adherence to Company quality norms for all incoming raw materials, packing materials on regular basis.

- To ensure and monitor adherence to Company quality norms all process parameters through a system of "in-process checks" data review on a regular basis.

- Ensuring compliance to all Company specifications, SOPs & guidelines shared by Operations QA, CQA (Shivrajpur) from time to time.

- To ensure and monitor the adherence to Company quality system norms in SAP w. all incoming raw material, incoming packing material, in process materials and finished products.

- To ensure and monitor that all SAP related activities QA function are implemented and closed appropriately in interaction with all stake holders.

- To monitor and supervise smooth functioning of ETP/ Pest control in order to comply with standards of UPPCB/ FSSI requirements.

- To build good liaison with local FSSAI authorities this would support in smooth factory operations.

- To coordinate with all concerned stake holders in establishing & implanting the Quality Management Systems (ISO, FSSC 22000) at the unit, and act as management representative.

- Conduct internal Audits (L1 audits) Plant Hygiene audits, Management review meeting and prepare the minutes of meting & circulating to all members
