Roles & Responsibility :

- Leading and defining the overall Quality Standards for the organization.

- Leading a 7-8 member Quality Assurance team (QA & QC) for the Company with a span covering own manufacturing site as well as multiple Contract Manufacturing sites and Warehouse operations.

- Site Quality ownership including processes and owning the KPIs for input and output measures of quality, including compliance upgradation to ISO and other Global quality certifications.

- Laying down SOPs and processes for Supplier qualifications and defining standards.

- Documentation compliance ownership from FSSAI and other regulatory standpoint (Fire safety, GMP, etc.).

- Building a strong Quality culture in the team through trainings and SIPs. Upskilling the quality team at Open Secret plant as well as CM sites.

- Ensuring product & process stability as per shelf life claims and regulatory guidelines.

- Constantly keeping up-to-date with latest developments on regulations front from FSSAI and Legal & Metrology fronts.

Required Experience :

- Preferably 3-6 years Quality Assurance experience with a strong understanding of GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO & FSSAI requirements. Experience in food sector will be preferred.

- Educational background- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Tech or relevant fields. Flexible here.
