Brand Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop market strategies to gain share/ develop category and achieve top and bottom-line targets for the brand

2. Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums

3. Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of category development

4. Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy, if required

5. Works with agency partners to ensure business/ consumer understanding are inputted promptly and effective manner

6. Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development.

7. Responsible for understanding the brand penetration, and performance with the help of data. Identify the right opportunities. Possess a keen understanding of the Indian consumer and retail landscape, strong leadership skills to run projects with big autonomy, and the ambition to drive discontinuous growth.

8. Liaison with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel

9. Manage projects seamlessly which are dependent on cross functions delivery through collaboration

10. Innovation mind set and agile thinking to leverage on the new age technologies

11. Result oriented with strong analytical mind-set

12. Ability to collate complex information, identify patterns and map opportunities

13. Ability to understand a problem, structure the analysis needed to solve it and come up with innovative and insightful solutions and recommendations inform business decisions.

14. Strong communication and influencing skills.
