Fleet Account Manager

• Developing, Planning and Pursuing new business opportunities with Infra & Mining Customers

• Nurture the relationship with these accounts and deliver profitable growth to Organization

• Delivering on sales and profitability targets.

• Define Sales approach towards large potential customers by creating custom solutions.

• Develop an integrated process, system, and structure across the functions for catering to Key Accounts.

• Develop Strategy, Policies, Schemes for Large Key Accounts.

• Create Value delivery and Brick Walling to ensure maximum share of business from these account.

• Develop and execute various programs at Key Accounts and partnering in their success

• Nurture the relationship with large accounts and deliver profitable growth to Organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Should have a detailed understanding of the Key Accounts business, Construction, Mining & customer expectations in this segment.
• Understanding of all aspects of Sales /Marketing
• Acquiring new business & manage / grow existing business.
• Good communication & presentation skills with good analytical skills
• A team worker with good interpersonal skills
• Good Negotiation Skills

Competency in MS Office applications including word, excel, and outlook.
