Senior Manager - Technical

• The role will be responsible to primarily support Industrial part of C&I business vertical on Technical matters enabling them to retain, grow and secure new business. The role will include interaction with customers for technical discussions, understand their requirements and offer suitable products, services or solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand product and solution requirement from customers, liason internally to evaluate and offer right solutions to Industrial part of C&I business
• Effectively manage all the technical projects with respective customers related to product establishment, field test programs and successful conclusions / report preparation and discussions
• Visit to customers to manage development activities, technical presentations or discussions, handling technical issues and engagements
• Conduct customer seminar and training as and when required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies

• Expertise in lubricant formulations, specifications and applications in indsutrial segments viz. Mining, Construction, Off-Highway, Steel, Cement, Power, General Engineering etc.
• Strong understanding of analytical tests, used oil diagnostics, condition monitoring, equipment applications and industry & technology trends.
• Handling & resolving technical quality & application related issues from industrial customers
• Strong interpersonal, presentation & analytical skills
• Strong technical acumen combined with good commercial mindset
