ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - BPMN Frameworks (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in helping our clients leverage the power of the ServiceNow platform to optimize their business processes and achieve their strategic objectives.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, design and implement ServiceNow solutions, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying areas for improvement and automation.

- Document business requirements, workflows, and user stories.

- Design and document ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.

- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management) to meet client requirements.

- Develop and implement workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

- Manage and deliver ServiceNow implementation projects on time and within budget.

- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.

- Collaborate with project teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on ServiceNow best practices and usage.

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand ServiceNow usage.

- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

- Contribute to the development of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.

- Share knowledge and expertise through presentations, workshops, and other means.

Qualifications :

Experience : 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or Business Analyst.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.

- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.

- Proficiency in business process modeling techniques (BPMN).

- Experience with data analysis and reporting within the ServiceNow platform.

Other Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist)

- Experience with specific ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management)

- Experience with Agile methodologies
