Oracle Specialist - RMCS Modules (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle RMCS, ensuring it aligns with the organization's specific revenue recognition requirements and business processes.

- Configure key RMCS modules, including revenue schedules, contract management, revenue recognition rules, and journal entries.

- Integrate RMCS with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Projects to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

- Apply in-depth knowledge of revenue recognition standards (i.e., ASC 606, IFRS 15) to configure and maintain RMCS settings.

- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Analyze revenue transactions and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

- Continuously evaluate and improve RMCS processes and configurations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Identify and implement best practices for revenue management within the organization.

- Lead and manage RMCS implementation projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and legal, to ensure successful project implementation.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the RMCS system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 4 years of focused experience in revenue recognition and Oracle Cloud RMCS.

- Proven track record of successful Oracle RMCS implementations.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle RMCS functionalities, including configuration, data management, reporting, and integrations.

- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606, IFRS 15).

- Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules (i.e., Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Projects).
