Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer with a strong background in PL/SQL to join our team. The role involves maintaining and enhancing Oracle EBS solutions, performing troubleshooting and debugging of complex issues, and supporting business process changes in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Understanding & Execution :
- Understand current solutions through reverse engineering techniques.
- Ensure timely execution of batch jobs without delays and quality issues.
Development & Testing :
- Responsible for coding and unit testing of application software across all production support, enhancements, and projects.
- Develop components such as extensions, views, customizations, modifications, reports, and workflows.
Maintenance & Optimization :
- Maintain current applications, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and identify and implement solutions.
Research & Implementation :
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work in a cross-functional environment to develop solutions that integrate IT and business processes to support strategic needs.
Strategic Leadership :
- Work closely with IT leaders to ensure decisions meet both short-term and long-term needs.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks.
Required Skills & Experience :
Core Skills :
- Expertise in Oracle EBS database objects.
- Strong programming skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Proficiency with Oracle scheduling tools and OA Framework.
Oracle EBS Modules :
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP (R12).
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS 12 Financial Modules.
- Mandatory exposure to AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), GL (General Ledger), Order Management, and Purchase modules.
- Experience with Inventory and Fixed Assets modules is a plus.
Communication & Leadership :
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions consistently.
- Willingness to guide others and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Strategic Thinking :
- Ability to make decisions with both short-term and long-term considerations in mind.
