Experience Level :
- 10 to 15 years of Oracle EBS-R12 implementation experience.
- Must have completed 5-6 R12 Finance implementations with a focus on CEMLI or RICEW development.
Core Skills Required :
- Expertise in EBS Data Migration techniques and strategies for financial modules.
- Proficiency in developing and managing Interfaces & Integration within Oracle EBS R12.
In-depth knowledge of all key Oracle EBS financial modules :
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Data Migration :
- Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for financial modules in R12.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and seamless migration of data between systems.
2. Interface & Integration Development :
- Design, build, and test interfaces to ensure smooth communication between Oracle EBS and external systems.
- Develop integration solutions tailored to business requirements.
3. CEMLI/RICEW Development :
- Customize Oracle EBS using CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations).
- Deliver robust RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
4. Implementation Expertise :
- Serve as a technical consultant in Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects.
- Collaborate with functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
5. Troubleshooting and Support :
- Provide technical support and resolve issues during and after implementation.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex integrations.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global delivery models (onsite/offshore).
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
