Configuration Lead - Oracle Cloud ERP Modules (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

The Configuration Lead is a key part of the Information Technology organization, working with Oracle Cloud ERP. This role participates in the full lifecycle of an Oracle ERP solution to deliver a highly complex, comprehensive business solution. This position requires an individual capable of operating in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple initiatives. To be successful, this individual must be highly motivated and have a solid understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP product and Finance/HR business processes.

Essential Job Functions :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions aligned to Finance/HR processes

- Analyze business requirements (functional and technical) to ensure the solution conforms to the requirements and delivers on schedule

- Perform the necessary configuration to support the business requirements in Oracle ERP

- Define, develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios to meet business requirements

- Participate in ERP solutions initiatives, standardizing systems and business practices, championing change, testing and user support.

- Ability to communicate effectively and comfort around leadership

- Gives recommendations for business process improvements and system improvements

- Gathers data, performs root cause analysis and recommends course of action

- Effectively builds and maintains internal customer and peer relationships to support effective

implementations

- Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing,

troubleshooting) for ERP as necessary

- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
