1. Analyse the development and understand the nature of the Electric Vehicle Powertrain market eco-system.
2. Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments: EV OEM's Including 2-W, 3-W, LCV, Bus, Trucks, Passenger cars & Retro fitment etc.
3. Lead strategies and execution of business development activities, customer acquisition, and post-sales customer engagement
4. Develop and manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders/customers in order to identify and deliver solutions that benefit both parties
5. Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation.
6. Ensure identified opportunities and subsequent tender submissions align with business systems, governance & strategy.
7. Assist the commercial team with insights and benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
8. Develop strong relationships with key customers by acting as account manager.

10. Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership.
11. Meet sales and development targets forecasted aligning with financial objectives.
12. Lead new developing programs by providing technical intelligence for e-mobility applications.

14. Develops in conjunction with the Marketing Department, customer targets and their applications for development.
15. Identify, investigate and follow up on qualified leads and develop business for potential customers in key market segments.
16. Plan and execute regular customer visits to existing and potential customers to identify and manage needs and expectations.
17. Stay abreast of EV market trends, competitor activities, and developing innovations.
18. Develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts and pricing strategy for new and existing business opportunities.
