Country sales Head/NSM/National sales Head

- Complete accountability for top line and bottom-line sales & delivery

- Develop a robust & exclusive distribution network of dealers & sub dealers in the region

- Setting up systems & processes

- Business development strategies by setting us sales and service network in the region

- Working on different strategies like mobility solutions, employment opportunities, social upliftment etc to seed the EV vehicles market in the region.

- Effective finance tie-ups with various Banks / NBFC's/ Local financers.

- Built a sales & service team of highly motivated and performing professionals.

- Initiate training program to educate the operational shift from gasoline vehicles to electric vehicles.

Experience: 15 - 25 years in Automotive Industry. EV Mobility sales experience will be an added advantage
