The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling financial products like Loan against Shares, Supply Chain Financing, and Invoice Discounting. This role requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship-building skills to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Loan Against Shares (LAS), Supply Chain Financing, and Invoice Discounting segments.
2. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building with corporate clients, brokers, and other channels.
4. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering customized solutions.
5. Coordinate with key stakeholders (corporates, distributors, brokers) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Provide expert advice on financial solutions related to LAS, Supply Chain Financing, and
7. Invoice Discounting, ensuring clients & financial goals are met.
8. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for LAS, Supply Chain Financing, and
9. Collaborate with the internal credit and risk teams to evaluate client proposals and close deals.
10. Negotiate and structure financing deals that align with the company's risk management framework.
11. Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the LAS, Supply Chain Financing, and Invoice Discounting sectors.
12. Educate clients about product features, benefits, and risks to ensure informed decision- making.
13. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
14. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/CA is preferred.
2. 5 years of experience in business development or sales in an NBFC, bank, or financial services firm.
3. Strong knowledge of Loan Against Shares (LAS), Supply Chain Financing, and Invoice Discounting.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and assess client financials.
