- Teqfocus seeks a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Business Officer (CBO)to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and solidifying our position as a leading provider of transformative IT solutions.
- This is an individual contributor role where you will act as a trusted advisor to our sales team, clients, and partners.
- You will be responsible for crafting compelling business value propositions, supporting sales efforts, and driving strategic account growth.
- Location Hybrid Pune ,Bengaluru, Delhi/NCR.
Key Responsibilities.
Business Value Proposition Development:.
- Lead the development of compelling and differentiated business value propositions for all RFIs/RFPs, ensuring they clearly articulate Teqfocus's unique strengths, address client pain points, and demonstrate a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure value propositions are aligned with market trends, client needs, and Teqfocus's strategic roadmap.
Sales & Business Development:.
- Actively participate in sales meetings with enterprise clients, acting as a technical advisor and subject matter expert.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients and strategic partners (e. , Salesforce, AWS).
- Position Teqfocus as a preferred implementation partner for Salesforce, AWS, and other key technologies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Account Management & Growth:.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to participate in strategic calls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other key client engagements.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Strategic Account Planning:.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients, focusing on long-term relationships and mutual growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Team Leadership & Guidance:.
- Review and provide feedback on sales team targets and strategies.
- Mentor and coach sales team members on technical aspects of sales presentations and client engagements.
- Share industry best practices and knowledge with the broader sales organization.
Thought Leadership:.
- Represent Teqfocus at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in technology and thought leadership.
- Contribute to industry publications and blogs to enhance Teqfocus's brand visibility.
Customer Engagement.
- Cultivates executive-level relationships with decision-makers to highlight the impact and ROI of Teqfocus solutions, particularly our Salesforce solutions and staff augmentation services, leveraging these connections to open new accounts.
- Establishes a consultative engagement rhythm to build trust and deepen client relationships for ongoing opportunities and expansions.
- Understands client business drivers and priorities to position Teqfocus as a strategic partner in their technology transformation journey.
Industry Knowledge.
- Maintains a deep understanding of Teqfocus's solution landscape and the industry's evolving needs to position the -company as a trusted partner for potential clients.
- Leverages insights from industry-specific trends and challenges to guide new account development and tailor solutions.
- Aligns with internal industry experts to refine strategic plans and provide data-driven value propositions for client needs.
Required Skills and Experience:.
- 17+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on enterprise sales and business development.
- Proven track record of success in selling complex IT solutions and services, including Salesforce, AWS, Data & AI, to large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
- 5+ years' experience working with international client or working onsite, preferably US.
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce, AWS, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
