Role Overview:
We are seeking a Executive Assistant with exposure to the Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Management to join our enterprise team. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to work closely with various teams, clients, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, create impactful solutions, and manage project progress while ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate should have experience or an interest in managing business processes, gathering requirements, conducting data analysis, and supporting project
execution. The role will require exposure to project management methodologies, helping deliver projects effectively, and supporting our PMO function.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize business strategies and operational efficiency.
• Map existing workflows and suggest process improvements using industry best practices.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Assist in presenting business analysis findings and project updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in processes and proposing solutions.
• Assist with the creation and analysis of reports to measure the effectiveness of business processes and project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field. Preference for
candidates from top Delhi Universities.
Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, PMO, or project management.

Salary is alway on time and higher management does has some professionalism.
There is NO job security, I was hired for Executive assistant role but after 3 months of my joining they realised they need Business Analyst and they asked me to put down my paper without any reason. HR dpt is also useless from salary companents to exit formalities they all were not on same page, answered require many follow-ups which was really frustrating.
