About the Godrej DEI Lab
The Godrej DEI Lab empowers inclusion ecosystems both within and outside Godrej. The Lab provides strategic DEI guidance to the different businesses and facilitate enhanced internal collaborations and communication via a DEI advisory council, quarterly DEI updates, and DEI scorecards of the businesses. Externally, the Lab participates in projects that aim to create a wider DEI ecosystem in corporate India, and this includes activities such as hosting public events at Godrej headquarters, partnering with universities, think tanks and industry bodies on research projects, and experimenting with formats to create diverse employee pipelines for the future.

About the role
As Executive Assistant to the Head of DEI Lab, the incumbent will play a critical role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include calendar management, overseeing travel arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining records, driver coordination, event management and managing confidential information with discretion. In addition, they will also be responsible for the admin of the DEI Lab team, and this includes invoicing, inventory and data backup management, and team co-ordination. This role ensures the Head can focus on strategic priorities without operational distractions.
