Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the executives calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee office management tasks, including procurement, vendor coordination, and event planning.
• Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Track action items and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
• Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and invoice processing.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
