Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven employee to lead the expansion and strategic initiatives for our Study Abroad business. The role demands a visionary leader who can identify growth opportunities, drive strategic partnerships, and develop innovative solutions to ensure a competitive edge in the global education market.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue streams.

- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, geographies, and product offerings.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure a strong market position.

Revenue Management & Performance Monitoring:

- Identify revenue growth initiatives through targeted marketing and sales initiatives.

- Set and monitor KPIs to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze student acquisition costs, conversion rates, and market penetration metrics.

Product & Service Innovation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance effectiveness

- Work closely with the product team to translate Business requirements into product innovation requirements

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and execution plans.

- Present growth plans and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) from premier college

- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.

- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in inspiring cross-functional teams.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
