Job Title: Senior Analyst - Growth and Strategy

- Experience: 2 to 5 Years' experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a high- growth startup environment.

- Location: Bangalore

- Mode of work: Work from office, 5 Days in a week

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from IIT/NIT and MBA from IIM.

Preferred Background:

- Experience working with top consulting firms

- Startup experience is a plus but not mandatory

Company Overview: We are a climatetech startup. It is a cloud-based software to help industrial businesses to manage and monetize their sustainability journeys, using AI and blockchain. It helps industrial companies track and monetize their CO2 emissions, creating profitable pathways to sustainability.

The revenue model is based on SaaS subscription fees. Our primary focus is on industrial manufacturing led companies. Geographically, India, Middle East and Southeast Asia are in immediate focus, with EU and North Asia being mid-term focus areas. Pilot clients include large steel, automotive and utility companies. The company is headquartered in Bangalore.

Role Overview: We are looking a dynamic and analytical Senior Analyst to join our Growth and Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth analysis and fundraising, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and support the company's expansion goals. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with a strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth Analysis:

- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

2. Fundraising:

- Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, financial models, and other investment materials.

- Identify and engage with potential investors.

- Assist in managing investor relations and communications.

3. Strategic Planning:

- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.

- Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives and business opportunities.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth strategies.

- Drive cross-functional projects to achieve company-wide goals.

5. Performance Tracking:

- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the success of growth initiatives.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team.

- Proven experience in growth analysis and fundraising.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
