Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Strategy Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a premier institution such as IIT/IIM or other top-tier schools, with a proven track record in developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
- This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and positioning Motif Electric Limited as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets, leveraging market research and data analytics.
Sales Performance Optimization:
- Set clear, measurable goals for the sales team and ensure consistent monitoring.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to benchmark performance and refine strategies.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Explore and negotiate new business partnerships to expand the company's market footprint.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Act as a key liaison between the sales team and senior management.
Reporting and Insights:
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and strategy effectiveness for senior leadership.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree from a top-tier institute (IIM, ISB, etc.) or an undergraduate degree from a reputed engineering institution (IIT, NIT, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or consulting roles, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven industry.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with experience in client and stakeholder management.
