HR Intern

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop & Maintain Dashboards: Design, build, and update interactive HR dashboards and reports using Power BI for real-time insights.
• HR Data Analysis: Analyze talent acquisition data to identify hiring trends, improve recruitment efficiency, and support strategic workforce planning.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with HR teams to implement data-driven improvements in recruitment and workforce management.
• HR Metrics & Insights: Provide actionable insights on key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce diversity.
• Streamlining HR Processes: Leverage analytics to optimize recruitment workflows, enhance candidate experience, and improve HR decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Power BI & Data Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, & interactive visualizations.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights with attention to detail.
• HR & Talent Acquisition Knowledge: Understanding of hiring processes, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
• Proactive & Data-Driven Mindset: A self-starter with a keen interest in HR analytics, process optimization, and leveraging data for strategic decisions.
