JOB OVERVIEW:

The Design Sales Head will lead and manage a team of AutoCAD designers, guiding them in delivering high-quality acoustic solutions that align with client expectations and market standards. This role involves strategic planning, project management, client engagement, and team leadership to drive sales and ensure efficient, innovative design processes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

• Oversee and manage a team of AutoCAD designers, ensuring alignment with company

goals and project timelines.

• Provide mentorship and training to enhance team skills in acoustic and architectural

design.

2. Sales Strategy and Client Engagement:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote acoustic solutions, meeting revenue

targets.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and

translating them into tailored design solutions.

3. Project Management:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality

standards are met.

• Manage design workflows, from initial concept through to execution, ensuring that all

stages align with client requirements.

4. Design Innovation:

• Lead the design team in creating innovative and sustainable acoustic solutions that cater

to client specifications.

• Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge acoustic technologies and

design methodologies.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all designs meet company quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee the final delivery of designs to clients, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and

technical precision.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and other design tools.
• Proven track record in client engagement and sales within the design industry.
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the capability to innovate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Acoustic Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a design-focused role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or sales-oriented position within the acoustic or architectural design industry.

Salary would be in line with the experience.
