JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic expertise to join our team. This role combines creative interior design skills with a strong focus on sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing interior spaces that align with clients' needs and preferences, while also driving sales and business growth through effective client engagement and project management. As an Interior Designer with Sales responsibilities, you will work
closely with clients to understand their vision, create tailored design solutions, and guide them through the selection of products and services. This role requires a balance of creativity, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Consultation and Design Development: Conduct client / Architects meetings to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget. Provide expert advice on design options and solutions. Develop and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, floor plans, and 3D renderings. Assist clients in selecting our product that align with their vision and project requirements.
2. Sales and Business Development: As an Interior designer Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, displaying design concepts and project benefits.
3. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design projects, coordinating with contractors, suppliers,
and other professionals to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial limits. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of design phases and delivery of products and services.
4. Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project life-cycle, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with design outcomes. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, discuss progress, and address any issues or changes. Offer post-project support to address any issues or adjustments needed after project completion, fostering long-term client relationships.
5. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote design services and attract new clients. Utilize social media, advertising, and other channels to enhance visibility. Maintain and update a portfolio of completed projects to demonstrate design capabilities and attract potential clients.
6. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Address and resolve design, project, or client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. Adapt to changing client needs, project requirements, and market conditions, providing solutions that meet evolving demands.
