Were looking for a highly skilled human resources (HR) professional to assist with talent acquisition, employee relations, policies, and practices to help us grow and thrive.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, including onboarding, exit interviews, administration of benefits and compensation and conflict resolution. As the face of our company culture, the human resources professional will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as enthusiasm for nurturing employee performance and a pleasant work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for a range of roles within the organization.
• Conduct cold calling and follow up to ensure a steady, qualified talent pipeline.
• Work closely with department managers to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding and help ensure a seamless transition for new hires, supporting retention and job satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive and professional recruitment experience that reflects the companys values and culture.
• Maintain HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance regulations and policies, and provide organizational change information

Required skills and qualifications:-

• 0-1year of experience in HR or employee recruitment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
• Adept at problem-solving
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
• Strong hold on data management
• Strong understanding of national laws related to HR.
