Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate job postings on different platforms and manage applications.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support in building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. Employee Engagement:

• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Assist in developing initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Support in gathering employee feedback and analyzing engagement trends.

3. Employee Life Cycle Management:

• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Assist in performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.
• Help in employee exit formalities and offboarding procedures.

4. HR Operaons Assistance:

• Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
• Support payroll coordination and HRIS system updates.
• Help ensure adherence to company policies and streamline HR processes.
