About the job:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading a sales team. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales management and business development, particularly in the education or edtech sector.
Job Type : Full-time (On-site)
Working Days : 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the daily sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business success.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales management, preferably within the edtech or education industry.
- Experience in team handling and leadership.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
