We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive the adoption of Class Saathi in schools, coaching centers, and colleges in the Mangalore region. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard schools, coaching centers, and colleges to implement Class Saathi.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers such as school principals, directors, and education heads to drive sales and partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on education policies, trends, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Represent TagHive at industry events, conferences, and forums to expand the brand's reach.
Required Skills & Experience:.
- 3+ years of experience in EdTech sales or business development, preferably with strong contacts in the education sector.
- Proven track record of lead generation, sales conversions, and revenue growth in EdTech or related industries.
- Strong network and relationships with educational institutions in Mangalore.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada & English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Passionate about technology in education and improving learning outcomes.
