Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand and align with the company's vision and mission to drive business growth.
- Maintain and manage client information using CRM software.
- Proactively reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations.
- Educate prospective clients about Bhanzu's courses and learning programs.
- Convert leads into enrolled customers through effective sales strategies.
- Work in a fast-paced, startup environment, ensuring high efficiency and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other business software.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to business development.
- Must have a laptop for daily operations.
- Willingness to work six days a week, with rotational offs between Monday-Friday (Saturday & Sunday compulsory working).
