Job Description :

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team, responsible for developing reliable, scalable, and maintainable backend systems.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB, along with strong problem solving skills and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend software systems in collaboration with the team.

- Write high-quality, maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.

- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.

- Debug, diagnose, and resolve software issues efficiently.

- Write and execute test cases for backend applications.

- Maintain code documentation and version control.

- Design and implement database structures using MongoDB.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 1-2 years of experience in software development.

- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with Git version control system.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
