TSL Consulting is a marketing agency specializing in supporting IT companies in India and international markets. We work with IT OEMs, channel partners, and distributors, offering services such as demand generation, data profiling, digital marketing, events, webinars, channel marketing, and consulting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing IT OEMs, channel partners, and IT service providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, marketing services, or demand generation, with a strong understanding of the IT industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in India and international markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT OEMs, channel partners, and distributors.
  • Understand client requirements and position TSLs services effectively.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or demand generation in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of selling IT or marketing, lead generation, or consulting services to IT OEMs and channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, data profiling, digital marketing, and event-driven marketing.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience working with international markets (preferred).
